| Goodarz
Ahmadi is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering
at Clarkson University, which he has also served as Chairman. His areas
of interest are turbulence and multiphase flows including particle transport,
deposition, and removal. Dr. Ahmadi has authored more than 400 papers in
archival journal and two books. He is on the editorial board of seven technical
journals, including Particulate Science and Technology. Much of his research
has been funded by the Department of Energy, Corning, Xerox, IBM, NASA and
NSF. He has received several awards including Japan's Powder Society award.
He is a Fellow of the ASME, ISME and ISCE. He was also a Senior Research
Associate at the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL). |
